30 Day Returns (UK Only)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return if you’re not completely satisfied.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, with all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved by us before sending them back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You will need to send your return to the address listed below after approval:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or made-to-order products

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund first and then place a new order for the item you want.
