We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, GMT). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the UK. Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT begin processing the same business day.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, and you can follow your delivery anytime via our Track Your Order page.

We offer 30-day returns for UK orders — you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and unworn, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Email us at support@itsvelmora.com with your order number and photos of the item. All returns must be approved before sending — items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to credit your account.

To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and then place a new order for the item you'd like.

Sale or discounted items, gift cards, and personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

Each product page includes sizing information to help you find your best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us and we'll gladly help.
